Having some memory issues? Have one book that you write in - preferably one with sections. Write down things as your think of them and re read them on a daily basis so you can keep track. Sometimes there are so many things being told to you and all you hear is blah blah blah and you don't even remember to ask the questions you had. Take your notebook with you everywhere or use the notes app in your smart phone - it helps. You may also be able to find other useful apps in your smart phone. Set alarms and reminders in your phone to help keep you on track.
