Start the year off right with exercise. You may not feel like you have energy, and your fatigue is at an all time high but its important to do as much as you can. It is so important to keep moving. Push as hard as you can even if it is taking on a flight of stairs, or parking the car a little further than you normally would.
You don't have to go to a gym, but get out ans walk as much as you can. Track yourself with a fitbit and challenge yourself to take a few more steps than you did the day before.
Take your time, and don't rush, stop when you need but just be sure to keep going.
